Breakfast Chef

Passion is the key to our success and we are looking for an enthusiastic chef with the same passion for food as we do.

As a breakfast chef you will be running the breakfast service. Ensuring all the standards are maintained both on made to order and buffet items.

Previous experience in a similar role will be preferable. We are looking for someone who is passionate and has vision and is reliable and committed to the early starts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to stock control, ordering and inspecting the quality of goods received, and cleanliness of all back of the house and prep areas, as well as managing the creation and costing of new dishes with the input of the team as a whole.
