We also have a quirky and uniquely decorated bar where you can enjoy drinks at leisure with soft background music. Our bar features iconic lagers and hand pullers, gins and whiskeys as well as cocktails.
Our team Brockley is Heather and Emilio as owners , Sally Lewis as manager and Scott Miller as head chef and his team of chefs including Mikey, Michael, Jamie, Johnny and Samantha.
Over the last 16 years Scott has worked in some of the finest establishments in the North East and North Yorkshire which include Rockcliffe Hall, Judges in Yarm and the Highly commended Yorebridge House to name a few.
Scott has been lucky enough to be able to handpick key individual members of his team and himself says "I am very lucky to have been able to work with all the members of my kitchen team in the past and I am very humbled that they couldn ´T wait to come on board and join me in such a special project that we can add to the list of things Saltburn can be proud of ".
Scott was raised and lived in Saltburn, I have tried to use his local knowledge and experience to take you on a culinary journey exploring all types of tastes and textures featuring local produce with some surprises along the way.
