It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team.
Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.
Brockley Hall Hotel Guests Policy on Dogs in the Hotel
At Brockley Hall we permit only registered assistance dogs inside our hotel.
To avoid any confusion ör unnecessary upset, please ensure that your dog is wearing the recognisable leash/collar ör harness and let a member of staff know that your dog is an assistance/service dog and inform them of any further assistance we can offer to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Guests with service/assistance dogs booking accommodation at the hotel are welcome in any of the guest rooms but, should they need a ground floor room, are asked to mention this on booking as these rooms are frequently in high demand.
We understand that assistance/service dogs are highly trained and under the control of their handler and will not normally cause any nuisance to other guests, in the unlikely event of this happening, we may have to ask you to remove it from the hotel.
Pets that are not service/assistance dogs are welcome in the outside areas, including the covered pavilion, provided their behaviour is not detrimental to the comfort of other guests and any mess is disposed of appropriately, should your dog cause any nuisance we would, regretfully, ask you to remove it from our premises.
